Bruce Hearon

Bruce has been an entrepreneur for over two decades and enjoys building his businesses through strong, loyal relationships. He established his own financial planning firm, Hearon Advisory Group, in 1998 with locations in Venice and Sarasota. As an experienced Registered Investment Advisor, he has always believed that real estate is one of the best investments you can own over time. One of his future goals, is to teach investors how to invest their “tax qualified” funds (i.e.; IRA, 401K, 403B,etc.), directly into alternative investments like real estate.

In 2015, he and his wife, Michelle joined Keller Williams Realty. His approach with his real estate customers is the same as his financial clients, be honest, transparent, and a true fiduciary, always with integrity. “What I love most about Keller Williams, is the true spirit of a team environment, where people want to succed and will work together and help each other to accomplish their goals!” He is has served on the ALC (Associate Leadership Council), and has taught many real estate classes within his local market center. Bruce focuses mostly with home sellers. He always has a clear understanding of the seller’s goals, and the financial impact on maximizing their home value. He wrote a book called, “SOLD” to provide guidance to home sellers through the selling process.

Bruce’s pride and joy are his two children. His oldest, Brittany obtained her PHD in psychology from the University of South Florida Tampa. His youngest Lauren, a Florida State graduate, received her MBA in Human Resources from the University of Tampa and currently a manager with Raymond James Financial Services in college recruiting.
Before he entered the financial and real estate industry, he was a professional ice-skater with Ice Capades and Holiday on Ice in Europe. He was one of the first skaters ever to do a “back-flip” on ice. Bruce is very much looking forward to the next stage of his life…being a grandfather.

Michelle Hearon

For over two decades, Michelle has been a full-time resident of the Florida Suncoast. With experience handling a multitude of real estate transactions throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties, Michelle brings to her clients a wealth of knowledge regarding all of the unique communities that make the Suncoast one of the most desirable places to live in the U.S. Whether you are a first-time home buyer or a seasoned investor, Michelle will be your real estate partner every step of the way.

Michelle prides herself on delivering unparalleled service and her attention to detail is unmatched. Michelle is passionate about giving back to her local community as well as national nonprofit organizations. She is currently an auxiliary member of SPARCC, a member of the Sisterhood of Good, and regularly supports Children’s Miracle Network, Make-a-Wish Foundation, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and Cystic Fibrosis.

Leslie DuFresne

After a successful career as a top executive working with some of California’s most notable law firms, Leslie decided to follow her heart and move to Florida fulltime to pursue her passion for real estate. While working in the legal industry for over 30 years, Leslie was heavily involved in real estate transactions. Whether she was negotiating the terms of a commercial lease agreement, finalizing a multi-million-dollar contract, or leading one of many substantial tenant improvement projects (one of which won “Project of the Year”), Leslie is a skillful negotiator who can apply her knowledge of real estate to advance the goals of her clients. For the last several years, she has been a strategic team member with Colliers International – a global real estate firm. As a graduate of an esteemed Leadership program at Harvard, Leslie has a solid understand of business strategies and is equipped to work with investors as well as individuals. Leslie’s commitment to providing clients with exceptional customer service and her strong desire to work in residential real estate will no doubt translate into significant benefits for both buyers and sellers
