Things to Consider Before Buying a Home:

Interview with an experienced real estate agent that knows the area and market. Meet with agent for consultation. This will save you time! This is one of the few times in your life that you get to use an experienced professional to guide you with your home purchase, while having someone else pay the bill! The seller pays the commission for this expertise!

* What area/community do you want to live in and why?
* What are the 5 most important "haves" you want in your home? (ie; number bedrooms, bathrooms, pool, etc.)
* Price range (if financing, it's always best to get with lender to qualify first)
* Determine your time frame and plan!
